Famous Fantastic Mysteries

Famous Fantastic Mysteries was launched in 1939 with the purpose of reintroducing stories the Frank Munsey company had acquired in previous decades for other titles. In 1942 the magazine was sold to Popular Publications, and different content appeared, including original stories and serialized books long out of print. The magazine was published irregularly throughout its life, which ended with the June 1953 issue. – from the Pulp Magazines Project.
